A not so happy camper....
There was a mix up with the cars on collection at CPT Airport and I was given a 4 x 4 bake which I certainly didn't need. Other clients at the airport also seemed very unhappy with the serve that they received, hence the 2-star rating.
It's a great shame because I've always had excellent service from Woodford Car Hire in the past and this is somewhat a bit on the copy book. Hope that my comments are taken constructively, as I have always been very happy with your service in the past....
