A bit disappointed

Well I have been using Woodford for the past 10 years on a weekly basis but the last few weeks I have not been too impressed by them. I picked up a car which upon driving away I realised that it wasn’t totally full of petrol and I submitted a photo immediately and so far nothing has been done about it. I am also querying various other charges on my credit card which I still need an explanation. Just a few days ago I returned a car 2 hours late and was charged another full day of rental which in my belief was not very nice as I book with them every week and i do understand that this can happen but that’s not the way to reward someone who is a frequent member. I’m about to do another booking and let’s hope all this gets cleared up. Otherwise they have been professional and courteous especially all the staff at O R Tambo.
