A bit confused

I was a bit confused with the rental specifications of a long-term rent. I wasn't told that I needed to return every month I had the vehicle for. I have also just received a thank you before the next invoice. I also wasn't given a choice of my next vehicle. I was also sent an invoice with the contact number of someone who no longer works at the company.
