A big thank you to Jezica Dry who assisted with my car rental at OR Thambo on Tuesday, 15 July. Jezica radiated professionalism, friendliness, efficiency & a can-do positive attitude. Jezica had all the admin sorted in less than 10 minutes so I could be on my way which I appreciated after long airport hours. She upgraded me from Toyota Urban Cruiser, which was a fantastic deal already to a Toyota Corolla Cross which was a very comfortable drive. The deposit was reversed within 2 days of returning the car, whilst other competitors in the past took up to 3 weeks with numerous phone calls. Jezica also mentioned that Woodford Car Hire will be opening a branch at Lanseria Airport soon which I will definitely make use of as that is my preferred airport.
