I returned my vehicle on 8 May and it was inspected by the agent who assured me everything was good with the car and I would receive a final invoice by email by the end of the day and a refund of the balance of the deposit within 14 days. Despite emailing their CT offices I have not received either of these or even an acknowledgment of receipt. Do not rent from this company, they are ***********.
