Thank you affording me the opportunity. Firstly, the vehicle was not clean, inside, the floor had mud steins. Body was not cleaned properly, driving back home, i was struggling with the rear view mirrors, i had to clean them when i got home.

Secondly. The rear near side back tyer didnt have life. unfortunately i did not picked that up at pick up because it was at night, i only picked that up during the day light at our destination, otherwise I was gonna refuse to take that vehicle.

Lastly. Im am not sure if you have a policy on after how many kilometers do you keep the vehicle for, first thing that made me loose hope with the vehicle, it was seeing the check sheet, it had many crosses, seeing the mileage, it made it worse, and the fuel gauge does not go up completely to full bar, it gives you the impression that it is not full, we had to go to the service station to make sure that is full.
