7 months later and still no return of my deposit

7 months later and still no return of my deposit. I rented a vehicle in Sept.19 twice, first time- no issues in returning my deposit but the second time, over a short period of rental. I was told to contact my bank as Woodford did not bank the transaction. Between Woodford, FNB - no return of deposit. Rather us the better known Rental companies in further
