6 to 8 weeks to process application!

Hi there<br> <br> So I have been renting cars with Woodford for about 8 weeks now and intend to do so for the next 3 months. I spoke to Abu at the Cape town branch regarding receiving a corporate or loyalty discount and he informed me that I would need to fill in a Pinnacle membership form. He said it would take a week for it to go through and he would arrange for my card to be sent to the CT branch. <br> <br> This week I inquired about it and he told me it would take 6-8 weeks to process my membership. So a few questions here:<br> 1. Why did Abu misinform me?<br> 2. Why does it take 6-8 weeks to process? <br> - A vehicle booking takes 5 min to process online<br> - The government can turn around a passport in 2-3 weeks but an application for a pinnacle membership takes 6-8 weeks?<br> 3. Why should I as a consumer be disadvantaged by not receiving my 10% discount? I mean, i am supporting you by renting a vehicle from you but you can only award me a discount after 8 weeks because it takes that long to process 4 pages?<br> <br> Please can this be given some urgent attention and app**** to my booking as off this week. <br>
