5/5 – Exceptional Service from Ayanda Simelane!

I recently had what can only be described as an outstanding customer service experience with Woodford Reservations, thanks to Ayanda Simelane. I initially struggled to find my preferred vehicle on the website, but Ayanda took full ownership of the booking. He went way beyond the call of duty by sourcing the exact vehicle I wanted, coordinating transfers from other depots, and handling a Luxury Vehicle reservation with all the intricate details that come with it. This included escalating internally with his seniors to try and negotiate full liability waivers for that vehicle range – something that could have easily become complicated. What truly stood out was his proactiveness and reliability. I never had to chase him once. If he said he would call, he would call me before I even thought of following up. His communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout what started as quite a tricky booking. Ayanda made the entire process painless and effortless. In an industry where good service is sometimes hard to find, he delivered above-and-beyond support that turned a potentially frustrating experience into a genuinely impressive one.
