Excellent service and an ease of flow to the experience.

There is room to improve on the pre-booking whatsapp that is sent prior to leasing the vehicle. The link takes one to a website that is almost impossible to navigate. It would be nice to have, but the staff at the desks are more than capable of handling the detail capturing.
