Frustrated after returning the car. Still haven’t received my credit card deposit after almost a month. Regret why I used them.

22 Jul 2023, 12:20You’re apologising but I still don’t have my deposit back. Your Hatfield Branch say that they are waiting for H/O when I didn’t get the car there. You’re not willing to assist since there email address is not indicated. I went there yesterday and you told me the H/O story again. I would really discourage anyone from hiring a car from this place.
