2024 and still didn't receive my refund from Woodford car hire

We've entered 2024 and still have not received my refund from Woodford car hire. My emails get ignored, calls get put down on my ear as soon as they hear it's me again wanting my refund back. Been struggling with this company since 2023 November 30th . I feel ****med by this company, so I've taken the legal route cz this whole thing is absurd. This company needs to be investigated🤞🏻
