2 weeks wait for a holding deposit

I rented a car on the 22nd of July at OR Tambo woodford car hire, car was returned on the 24th of July, upon collection I was informed that the holding deposit will be released in 72hours, it has been 17 days now and I still haven't received any funds instead my card keeps getting charged amounts I don't know. I have tried contacting the company but no feedback is received. I need urgent assistance as this is ********* and unprofessional
