Work to be corrected by Wood Creators

Had Wood Creators come do work in our flat... However they are never on time and always finding some excuse when it comes to being punctual. Work ethic is terrible and they are very unprofessional. They do not take your calls, they only reply via WhatsApp messages or via voice notes. We have taken days off from work and they have not pitched up to correct their work and it becomes our fault that we are being rude to them which is one of the reasons why one of the team members have dropped out from having to do anything with the job we have given him. From the first job we have been very punctual (times and dates were given to them well in advance including deposits, so that they can start in time but we were always disappointed... It was always a personal excuse, miscommunication or another service provider that let them down ) and worked according to them, we had to swap our helpers days around according to them yet they say we are rude customers. They have being paid in full. They talk very sweetly when they need the work, but when getting the job done, theres always excuses. To be begging and keep on asking them what time they coming, having to take days off work only for them not to show up (this happened twice this far), and to be told they can't speak to us because they are upset is not honorable to their business. We would like to take the opportunity to let the public know what we have been through with Wood creators( Westmead Pinetown - 20 Hillclimb Road) and to think twice before using them.
