Regardless of several whats up messages he still did not deliver my goods instead he's very arrogant. He got someone calling me pretending to be CPT Botha number ***, I checked his number he's using prepaid number , he pretended to be in court to sort out my refund up until today never heard of him. Wood Creators is not registered at SARS and he refused to deliver my goods.His work address is 20 Hillclimb Road Pinetown and home address 215 Buttery Road Durban North. He uses Capitec and Tyme bank account kindly follow him, he is still posting on his Facebook page to **** more people. Please expose him.We have open the case and will expose him to all social media.

Wood creators service is horrible, I would not recommend them to anyone. Poor service, communication and delivery time . Lots of excuses ,Does not want to commit to a set date. Refused to refund back my money .its been 2 months since i placed an order with them to redo my bedroom and paid them R35k with the hope that the job was going to be done ASAP. But all i get is excuses everyday. Does not answer the calls but still advertising his work on Facebook when you comment and raise concerns he blocks you. Can you please blacklist this white guy that is using people for his benefit and does not deliver.

Poor Service and Unfinished Work from Wood Creators
I contracted Wood Creators to supply and install furniture. The experience has been very disappointing. The goods delivered were of poor quality, incomplete, and not as promised. Despite repeated follow-ups, the work remains unfinished, and key items have not been delivered at all. Attempts to resolve the matter have been ignored, with no accountability taken. I am now left with defects. I would advise others to be cautious before engaging with this business.

Poor Service and Unfinished Work from Wood Creators

Work to be corrected by Wood Creators
Had Wood Creators come do work in our flat... However they are never on time and always finding some excuse when it comes to being punctual. Work ethic is terrible and they are very unprofessional. They do not take your calls, they only reply via WhatsApp messages or via voice notes. We have taken days off from work and they have not pitched up to correct their work and it becomes our fault that we are being rude to them which is one of the reasons why one of the team members have dropped out from having to do anything with the job we have given him. From the first job we have been very punctual (times and dates were given to them well in advance including deposits, so that they can start in time but we were always disappointed... It was always a personal excuse, miscommunication or another service provider that let them down ) and worked according to them, we had to swap our helpers days around according to them yet they say we are rude customers. They have being paid in full. They talk very sweetly when they need the work, but when getting the job done, theres always excuses. To be begging and keep on asking them what time they coming, having to take days off work only for them not to show up (this happened twice this far), and to be told they can't speak to us because they are upset is not honorable to their business. We would like to take the opportunity to let the public know what we have been through with Wood creators( Westmead Pinetown - 20 Hillclimb Road) and to think twice before using them.
