Obaro wonderboom refused to compensate

I bought a 450 pre mix from Obaro wonderboom and after feeding my 2 cattle with it they all died and the following Monday I went to the store meet Mr Malan of Voermol feeds who he did not even want me to meet the store manager and I took the feed sample to the laboratory were they found glass in feed and now they are telling me that they are not responsible for my loss, very disappointed because I have been their client for years since I've in farming , very disappointed with Obaro wonderboom
