Unacceptable customer service
I bought a expensive fishing rod from them on Thursday the 2nd of April 2026. Yesterday the 3rd of April we went fishing and after the 5th time reeled the line back in, the fishing rod snapped. Today the 4th of April I took the fishing rod back. Jan was very arrogant, telling me that I was lying, and that there is no way the rod can break in that way. This is unacceptable behavior from a manager. Telling a client that he is lying, where I am not. He then said he will not replace the rod and that he will send it back and see what the supplier says. I will not just let this slide. I want my fishing rod replaced and a apology from this person or I will take this further, his attitude is unacceptable towards
