Cant test borehole pump

I contacted the Rustenburg branch on Monday afternoon and was told that my 3 phase borehole pump could be tested, I should bring it in. I spent hours this morning taking it out and then Obaro branch manager said they cant test it. But I'm welcom to buy a new one. Really? I now sit without water.
