Wonder Wagon WORST customer service

Worst experience ever ordering online. I ordered the M series wonder wagon in black. I asked a couple of questions on the WhatsApp widget regarding the wagon and was informed they only have grey left, after black was still available online. I ordered the black one with the mindset of I need to get what was advertised and what I ordered. I received the grey one. I informed them that I don't want the grey and it will show stains more easily. She informed me they don't have black and will only stock in a couple of months. I said I will then wait, after a while she informed me she has a lot of extra black martial so I can just take of the grey and replace it with the black. I was very grateful. I gave her my new address as this is different from the original as we were traveling, she sent it to the previous one. I had to contact them to change it as soon as possible while it's on route. This caused another delay. Ones I received the martial, I packed out everything and there is a padding of the harness missing, I asked her about it and she said she didn't have an extra one in black (this was NOT MENTIONED before she sent it). She said as soon as she received material she will send it to me, I sent her the grey martial in the same box she sent me, so I asked for the dimensions. She gave the incorrect dimensions and I ended up paying R720 for the shipping where I initially only paid R390. I informed her and sent a screenshot of the shipment and she said she will now send me the padding cushion for the harness, this was 3 weeks ago and I still have nothing. My baby can't sit in the seat because of the missing padding, so the second seat is a waste at the moment, I cannot put both kids in the wagon now. All I ask is just to get the padding and we can part ways forever. She still hasn't rep**** after 3 weeks of WhatsApp's and emails. It's so small it's not even going to cost more than R100 to ship it to me. All I want is just decent customer service.
