Worst ISP ever

We pay more money for less bandwidth than we were with Telkom and are told that there is a 50G fair use policy so once that's up we're stuck with a 1M line for the rest of the month. Aside from this, every second day the wifi does not work at all and you have to phone them to reset the piece of shi*t router. Also the router is battery operated which should be a plus when there's load shedding except once the battery runs out you have to wait nearly 24 hours for it to recharge. Unfortunately we live in a place where there are no Telkom lines available otherwise we would not still be using these useless people.
