Waste of money

I have been using Wish Networks for a long time now. I never really experienced issues with them, however, this year we have been constantly having issues.

Their infrastructure is *******. We made use of their hotspots which requires you to buy vouchers. The issues we have are: - being thrown off the network - specific connection spots not having internet access.

We contacted them about this issue and the expected response would be for them to check if their routers (hardware) are still working, instead the response we received was merely an explanation on how to log on - disregarding the fact that they could see according to my account how long I have been using their service (meaning I know how to log on). The problem persisted.

Today we have the additional issue of nog being able to log on to the network, because we are not prompted to the log on page and when we enter the address therefor (10.5.50.1) nothing happens. All our devices are unable to connect. This has been happening for two days now.

Due to the experience we had when we contacted them previously, we are not even considering contacting them now. Their attitude sucks.

I would not recommend Wish Networks to even my worst enemy.
