Internet speed non existent

I have been a user of wish internet for a number of years. Like all internet providers they have their downtime and problems, which is understandable. The staff have always been very helpful and quick to rectify a problem when one did happen. Their service is still top notch, however the same cannot be said about the product. <br> <br> Their internet speed is woefully slow at most times. It takes forever sometimes to open a simple webpage. Video streaming is hardly possible without some sort of lag and the network is down way too often and when you are connected it disconnects every few minutes. I know they are part of the free wifi initiative, but that is not a reason to neglect the product you provide to the paying customers.
