Poor business ethics

Very poor customer service, they make promises and dont keep to them, ignore your complaints as it suits them, have been without internet services for 4 days without the problem being solved, they tend to point blame in order to push repair costs onto clients. They very quickly take the monthly premium even though they are unable to provide the service been paid. Very poor business ethics. I would not refer anyone to make use of there services.
