Tired of Wifi service

We have almost no internet access every second day. Their servers is off and always gives problems. We have to pay for a wifi that work a week a month and The quality is not up to standard. The people that has come to our house to assist has been nothing but polite and respectful so their service is outstanding when it comes to the people on standby but the rest I can't say the same. Nothing gets done about it annd it's been almost 2 days again and We can't even get our work done. This wifi is not worth a penny.
