Absolutely useless provider, paying for 20Mbps line and barely getting 5Mbps or it's not working at all. Problems reporting keeps getting same response working on it or looking into it. Rather admit you have oversold yourself and cannot handle the usage. And drop your rates instead of trying to ***** monthly payments for sup par services.
