Poor service

I bought aluminium windows and burglar bars from Window scene, Marburg, in 2018. They came to install them, but did no seal the windows and some burglar bars were not properly fitted. I have been communicating with Sam, the manager to have the matter sorted and he's been promising to sort it when there is someone going to Bizana. Every time when it is raining the water gets inside the house and when it is heavy rain the house floods like there's an opening that lets the rain in (all this because the windows are not sealed and they are very long for us to do it ourselves). Mr Sam came to my house and saw for himself that the windows are indeed not sealed, but never came back to seal them. I went to their office on the 26 of October 2023 and spoke to Mr Yugesh, told him my problem, he said Mr Sam is his father and said I must send him the picture of the window he will have it fixed. He promised to call me on the 27th of September 2023, but did not. I have been calling him from the 2nd of October 2023 until today he is neither answering his phone nor responding to my messages. When I call the landline I'm always told that he is busy on the phone and Mr Sam is not available, he will be given a message to call me but never does. I am so frustrated and disappointed on the service I am getting there as I paid more R91 000 for this and now I must pay someone else to seal the windows because they don't want to
