Disappointing Service

My husband I are building our home in the Eastern Cape and had paid this company in full for the services we had requested late 2022. Their service in unprofessional and extremely disappointing. They’re not honest nor credible. They installed our home aluminum windows and doors and left the job undone. One window is broken, the doors are not locking properly- they used nails to secure our lounge folding aluminum door. Their staff members cannot be trusted as they had taken money from our buildiers promising to repay but have never done so. They also took their extension cord and have never defy it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their service is unpleasant. We have moved into our home with all these still not fixed.
