Reasons to not use William Simpson Tokai:

1) A manager who plays on their cell phone instead of works 2) They sell brand new vehicles which break down after 5 months 3) No parts of a simple fan in the entire country 4) NOT ONE CALL returned in a week. Clients have to physically go into store for any feedback. 5) NO COURTESY CAR arranged even when the fact that this is a business car is stressed and insurance and Nissan warranty FULLY COVERS THE USE OF A COURTESY CAR. 6) Multiple employees are losing money due to William Simpson Tokai not caring whatsoever.
