William Simpson Jeep _ Tokai - false repair causes breakdown.

My Jeep went in for repairs last year June as it was making a noise. I have since taken the car back three times before the entire serpentine belt snapped whilst driving. The tensioners and pulleys were replaced three months prior to this. William Simpson Jeep used the power steering pump as an excuse for the breakdown. I have since purchased additional parts from jeep, removed my car to be repaired by a third party dealer only to find that the major repair William Simpson jeep were supposed to do had not been done, hence causeing the break down. I cannot continue driving the car, as the same will occur.

Disgusting service from William Simpson sales manager Justin, Disgusting service all around from jeep Tokai. I have had poor response from Jeep head office and am now waiting for my complaint with the MIOSA to be sorted out, which doesn't solve the transport problem.

I have driven 3500 km since June last year as my car has been in constant repair. Any recommendations other than taking legal action would be welcome.
