Unacceptable service by Nissan William Simpson Tokai staff

I took my car for a service to William Simpson, Tokai on Monday, 17 January 2022. I requested for my water jets to be serviced as it was blocked, but was advised by Clayton, the consultant who helped me, that the water jets must be replaced and he will place an order and will contact me over the next few days to bring my car back. On Tuesday, 08 February 2022 I called Clayton for an update on the water jets. He assured me that the order has been placed, but will follow up and get back to me. On 15 February 2022, I called again and spoke with the Manager, Faizel who advised that the order was placed on 03 February 2022 as it had to be approved first. This is the first time I was advised that the order had to be approved and only placed on 03 February 2022 as Clayton said that the order will be ready over a few days. Faizel also added that approval can take up to 2-3 weeks but since the parts were ordered, it will take 21 working days for the water jets to arrive. This in itself I find extremely strange, but I accepted it and counted from 03 February, 21 working days, which I count as 04 March 2022. I told Faizel that this matter is quite urgent, a false expectation has been set by Clayton to me as a customer and that it is very dangerous for me to drive without being able to use my water jets. Today, 10 March 2022 I called again and spoke to Michelle and briefly explained to her that I had my car serviced on 17 January 2022 already and waiting on my water jets. She took my name and number and said she will ask Clayton to return my call. 30 minutes later, the very same Michelle called me back to ask me about "my experience with William Simpson, Tokai"....This call I find extremely strange and I responded that my service has obviously been terrible and that I am considering my legal options and will also contact the ombudsman if this matter is not resolved. I reminded Michelle that I just spoke to her as I found this call to be extremely strange, especially since I just asked her to ask Clayton to contact me.

I don't understand why all of a sudden I am being asked about my service, the very same day, 30 minutes after speaking to Michelle as my car was already serviced on 17 January 2022... I feel like I am being taken for a fool by the entire William Simpson Tokai team! This is highly unacceptable, the car I bought it over R450 000 and if this is the kind of service that I can expect from Nissan, then I want nothing to do with this brand and will spend my money somewhere else!
