Theo Can As - William Simpson

<p>I brought a Nissan for the first time from William Simpson a year ago from Theo - the sales maanger there. From the very beginning, service excellence, brought the car and very happy indeed. A few months ago I the panel fell off the back of the car as a bolt came loose. I certainly expected this would cost to fix however Theo sent it to the panel beaters, no cost at all to me. A few weeks ago I had a break in, my keys were ******. I contacted Theo again to find out about a spare and to reprogramme the keys. I know this would have cost me thousands to get done, again Theo assisted me and this has cost me next to nothing to get done. Each time I call Theo, it is never a problem. I will most definately send anyone who will listen to me to him for assistance, he is truly a gem of a man and his help to me over the past year has been over and above any reasonable expectation I would have from a dealer.</p>
