Terrible Service

Terrible service from the sales and managerial department of William Simpson Tokai. I was sold a Fiat 500 7 months ago for R126 000, plus a 2 year warranty, equaling a total of R136 000. Within the 7 months of having the car I have had to go back to the branch 5 times. Repairs include a faulty speedometer and corroded thermostat which needed to be replaced, as well as minor problems with my dashboard and central locking. In addition, the branch sold me the car with expired tyres (older than 4 years) which is ******* and a potential loss of life. Since deciding to trade it in for a more reliable car, the sales agent proposed only R85 000 for the vehicle, with a forced cancellation of the warranty, which would be refunded for a portion of the price. Not only did the branch sell me a car that should not have been deemed as road worthy, and tried to underpay me when wanting to sell it back, but they put my life in danger with expired tyres and a faulty speedometer.

Good Day, I have done some investigation into this matter - 1 x month after handover of the said vehicle we fitted 4 new tyres  (which had passed roadworthy). Our service center sorted out your dashboard cluster which was an intermittent fault. Current trade value for your vehicle is (R85 000) and retail pricing (R100 000)  I am pleased to say that we have met all your requests and happy to buy the vehicle back for the offered amount.
