Salesmen resort to emotional ********* if you don't buy from them

<p>Avoid William Simpson Newlands and Tokai branches like the plague. If you don't buy from a particular salesman, they resort to emailing the customer with emotional ********* questioning the client's decisions and why they didn't buy from them, which has nothing to do with them. The 'sales manager' doesn't step in, and no reply from the dealer principal. When you want to buy a car, no one gets back to you, so clearly they do too much business and can't be bothered to sell you a car. I work for a large asset manager and am a manager in the client service department, and if one of our consultants had to act like this, they wouldn't last long. Incredibly unprofessional and pathetic. This is how I was treated and I am not even a customer, I wonder how bad the treatment would be if I was a customer??? Thanks for sparing me, William Simpson. One certainly doesn't want to do business with the likes of you.</p>
