Outstanding, amazing service!

As first time buyers, my wife and I had the usual concerns, understandably so, as we hear a lot of stories about buyers being ****med. Three months ago We approached the Tokai branch about a vehicle we viewed online. We were introduced to Yusuf who gave us a very detailed description of the vehicle, which really impressed me because it wasn't a house brand vehicle. Whatever questions we had he would answer with ease and not once did we feel that it's something made up on the spot or what we want to hear. He was honest and to the point. Once we made our decision, Yusuf was with us every step of the way. What I appreciated most was that he kept me informed of everything! He would whatsapp me before I could even enquire about things and even organized things I didn't expect. Elma organized the best deal for us and while keeping us informed of every step. Today, 3 months later, we are still enjoying our vehicle and can drive with complete peace of mind.
