Lead time....

Can someone please welcome William Simpson jeep to the 21st century.....I had to pay R7800 upfront for a coil pack replacement part that is taking 3 weeks already and all you get is a whole lot of bull**** excuses. How long is the lead time on these parts and should they not be readily available for Gods sake!!!!
