Friendly but useless.

Whilst the staff are friendly, they are incredibly unhelpful with extremely shoddy document control. I purchased a new Nissan micra in 2018.Recently the battery went flat and after replacement my radio required a code. The code supp**** with my (new) car was incorrect. After being sent from pillar to post, and back wastings days, my radio is still not active, I have to go back to radio tech to get radio removed and a pictute of the stickers on the back, because the information he wrote down the first time he removed it wasn't enough.

Please just give me the correct information the first time around, or better yet, supply the correct service book with the car when it's sold new.
