Fiat Punto breakdown

<p>I bought a pre-owned Fiat Punto from William Simpson tokia 2 weeks ago. On Saturday 23.12.2016 the gear box gave in. I went on the website, and it said they open on the 24.12.2016 till 1PM. I took an uber to go complaint about the incident only to find out they closed. I was carless the day before Christmas and on Christmas. I could not go see my family or even do last minute shopping. Today the 26.12.2016 it says they open till 5:30. I called all morning with no luck. Ubered again to check if they open, and what a surprise.. They still closed. I'm highly frustrated and irrate. Not only is it false advertising but it's over the festive season. The inconvenience of me having to uber everywhere is not fun at all!!! This is my first time buying a car and it has been the worst experience of my life. I choose William Simpson because they such a big company and they are a well recognised dealership. After this experience, I don't recommend anyone to buy through them. </p>
