Hi Bradley Thank-you so much for your assistance, putting me at ease and just awesome service you provided me.

My Jeep was recently called-in for a factory fix of some small part, which went extremely well and I provided you guys a 10-star rating.

This morning I was across the road at Food *****s and the Jeep was dead, I managed to get it to William Simpson, where Bradley assisted me previously.

Bradley put me at ease and said let's go have a look, after lifting the hood, Bradley quickly identified the loose terminal causing the problem. He then went the extra mile, taking the Jeep to the service department to secure the terminal and run a diagnostic test. My car was back in 5 mins with everything working perfectly.

Bradley now days you seldom get people going out of their way to provide the service and just being as pleasant as you were. I will definitely go back and recommend William Simpson for service and the place to purchase a new car.
