Datsun NO Go

<p>So ... almost two weeks back I apply for a Datsun Go on the deal they are currently touting ... the salesman - very polite but tried\s to steer me towards a slightly different car - usually pricier but cheaper to me then he tries to coax me to 'our' finance - so, not Wesbank finance which is the deal on offer ... I say nope - want what I want - even the colour I want and the deal i want then I am alerted I have been approved but insurance might be an issue ... I say nope - that is the deal I want or I walk away (deal is ins included for 1st year plus service plan) So ,,, delays as they have to source my colour and then I am told car is in Hanover (Friday past) en-route. I am now urged today when I am supposed to take delivery - insurance is already sorted and Netstar have contacted me and all - that I must contact the dealership URGENTLY ... Uh oh, now I have been declined the finance due to something that has changed since 14th when I signed and was approved - NOTHING has changed EXCEPT I have an increase as I have been with company one year now. So finance woman says its a revolving credit thing - maxed up - I am with Capitec - no revolving credit ! Then it is the property I share with an ex-partner (bond is at R80K left in total) - but where is the rent I receive ? What rent - I PAY rent ?! But now THAT is the issue. NOW magically I have a new offer - same deal with a higher interest (and lower balloon payment) at a HIGHER monthly instalmnent - so I am not approved for the lower instalment but NOW magically I can afford a HIGHER instalment. This smacks of a ****. I am so irritated that I didn't see it coming !</p>
