Bad Service! Terrible Experience!

Terrible experience! Bought a +R200k bakkie, it broke down within the first month. Sent the bakkie back to William Simpson Tokai and two months later their mechanic is still trying to figure out what's wrong with the bakkie. The Salesperson, Charles, don't know what to say, so he passed the phone to the head of mechanic, Gavin, which also don't know what to say other than they need to find the "fault". In short, we're paying every month for a bakkie that is sitting at William Simpsons workshop and nobody seems to care about the ordeal that their customer is going through.
