Bad service

This rating system does not even compare to how bad Nissan William Simpson are. I bought my first car at William Simpson. What should be my very first exciting car experience turned out to be my worst. A few months after I bought the car I took it in for service as they never serviced the car like they were supposed to. After a huge struggle they agreed to service my car and sort out my warranty. Today I took my car to a local mechanic too double check my brakes I received news that Nissan never changed my wheels like they were supposed to do in every service, needless to say they left my car dirty. Never washed it, left oily finger prints all over my dashboard. My shocks are leaking from my wheels ect ect. I'm highly disappointed in Nissan William Simpson and would not recommend it for anyone!!!
