bad service

in December 2014 my gwm waterpump gave in ,I had to buy a waterpump out of my own pocket and asked the workshop manager to please fix it before they close for the holidays as the vehicle was still under warrantee.they did repair it after two days as I came again to speak to manager.Since October 2014 I had to go three times for quotes for rust on my vehicle but no rust was repaired.I bought the vehicle in January 2013.The manager wants me to go to a different branch of gwm.I refused as I bought the vehicle from them.I even tried Lipco but they said the incident happened before I joined them and must go to the small claims court.I cancelled my membership with Lipco as I do not know why I am paying them
