A bunch of ****** with poor service

This is my second incident with William Simpson Tokai who's main aim is to make money off vehicles when still under warranty and service plans. My vehicle has been standing at their workshop for 3 weeks now. Only for them to tell me my tracking unit has caused the fault..then unit was installed 18 months ago with absolutely no issue since. Now all I get as feedback is, someone needs to pay. Pathetic that they would treat customers like this.
