Willards Batteries/Capital Batteries Centurion

Willard's batteries in Centurion, haha,

Bought a battery for around the R2000 mark and yet 8 months later the battery is not working anymore. 24 Month warranty is a absolute joke as they say the machine states that the battery is fine, yet when I want to start the vehicle in the morning, the battery is dead. I have asked them to bring one of the other batteries in the shop to confirm that the diagnostic machine is correct....

But as soon as they take one of the other batteries in the store, then the car starts flawlessly. What an absolute joke. Willards batteries in Centurion really needs a new brand and also a new diagnostic machine. Both the batteries are identical, yet the one in the shop starts my car with no problem, the one in my car cannot even turn on the lights.

I just paid R13 000 for a mechanic to replace a few issues on the car, just to find out the problem is definitely not the starter as Willards batteries so nicely claims.
