Willard Xpress Lynwood, Pathetic Service!!!

I wish there was a lower review than a 1 Star for the pathetic after sales service recieved from Willard Xpress Lynwood. Purchased a Brand new battery in Feb 2024 and in November drive down to Durban and the battery was dead! had to purchase a new battery, I contacted Willard Lynwood and the manager Johan seems to be very very shady, he toom the battery on 6 November and said he needs to test it which will take 2 days and have not heard from him since! i figure he is doing a full autopsy report like i murded the battery! Now he is keepinf quiet despite many emails and calls I am just being ignored! looks like they dont offer the 1 year warranty because they know they sell defected batteries which will die in 7 months! Johan and Lynwood Xpress seem ti be selling off defected batteries and ****ming customers of hard earned money! Becareful when purchasing from them and make sure you have another R3000 in & months to purchase from a more reputable store because these people will definately rob you!
