Willard Rep fails to pick up brand new dead battery at OVK Petrusville
I bought 2 batteries at OVK Petrusville. First the battery didn't test in spec but then it did. From fitting it into my truck I had problems with 1 of the batteries. I took the dead battery back to OVK. OVK personell insisted the could not assist me directly in supplying a new battery - I had to pay for a nw one and wait till WIllard gets back to OVK. Everytime I pass there my battery is still at the branch. According to the staff they are waiting for the Willard Rep to pick it up, test it at the workshop and supply a new battery / refund me as I already had to buy 3rd battery to ensure operation of my truck.
