Willard no warranty on battery

I bought 2x JPC12-250 batteries from Willard Upington with a 5 year warranty 22.11.2022. I explained I will be using it on my RCT 3kw Solar inverter with a computer, printer, phone system and small watercooling fan. Now a year later I took it in to be tested because something is wrong, just to find out that it only have a 3 month warranty which expired when used on solar standby inverter. Now this was not explained to me and as I said bought this on their reference. a gentlemen from Rentech batteries contacted me and told me he will be giving me two new batteries. Willard now say I can get this but with no warranty. WHAT ABOUT MY REMAINING 4 YEARS? I asked them for batteries that will work on my Inverter they can keep these and I am willing to pay extra if needed they have two new batteries now. The newest excuse... if this transaction was done in this book year we can help but it was done in last years book year... really is this the tipe of people we are dealing with today...
