Willard is ****.... False warranty on batteries

I am honestly disappointed in how I am being treated as a customer. I bought my battery at Kemton Park Midas and my battery is 1 ear 9 months old and it has since started giving me problems in the morning. I took it in for a test at the shop on the 2nd on March 2020 and the results were negative, Midas since gave me a loan battery and said they would make a claim with Willard as my battery is still under warrranty. The feedback I have been receiving is that the willard consultant assigned to Kempton Park refuses to process my claim. Why the hell would you guys put a warranty of 25 months if you know you wont keep your word??? Willard is ****
