Willard Battery Xpress Pretoria CBD - SOLD ME AN OLD BATTERY

I bought a battery from Willard Battery Xpress Pretoria CBD in Feb 2023. They gave me an old battery(dated 2022). My car started giving me problems in Aug 2024. I went back to them to check the battery and they **** and said the problem is with my car. They said I should go get my car diagnosed. I did. I went to a different Willard they checked the battery and said that the battery is the problem. I went back to Willard Battery Xpress Pretoria CBD and they told me that they can’t give me a new battery or compensate me. I have now lost out money doing all these trips and on a battery. The manager said that i should find the people who helped me last year there is nothing he can do. The battery still falls under the warranty. UNHAPPY!! BAD SERVICE!!! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!
