Willard Batteries Poor Product & Customer Service

I re**** on Willard battery so much, but I am extremely disappointed with the product and its customer service is worst. Bought a Willard battery and got 25 months warranty, battery needed to be replaced just after the 2 years ended. The KZN service rep refused to replace it or even help. Willard batteries are **** and just meant to last for the warranty period as another money-making scheme. Midas Mt. Edgecombe refused to assist as well and blamed it on the rep.
